Delivery Information

We despatch all our orders to the Great Britain mainland using a carrier service that typically delivers the goods in 3 to 4 working days. Non mainland deliveries may take a little longer.

All GB mainland orders of £50 and over in value (excluding VAT) are shipped free of charge. For orders under this amount a postage and packing charge of £5.75 (Ex VAT) will be added.

Parcels are only despatched and delivered on weekdays.

Delivery is to the ground floor.

Extra charges may apply for orders from Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, any other non-mainland orders and all international orders.

Our carriers usually deliver Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm and should post a card through the door with a contact number if there is no one to sign for the parcel.

If there is no one there to accept delivery, the carrier will automatically try again the following day. If this second delivery attempt proves unsuccessful the goods will be held at the carrier's depot until the customer contacts the carrier to rearrange a convenient delivery day. If the carrier receives no contact from the customer, items are usually returned to us in 7 to 10 working days. Any items returned to us will incur a re-delivery charge. This charge may vary depending on the size of the item.

International Delivery

For all international orders we will contact you with the delivery charge for the goods that you must agree to before we despatch your item. Please note that orders to the Republic of Ireland , the Channel Island and the Isle of Man all count as internationals orders. Orders to Northern Ireland may also incur an extra delivery charge.
